VQ8 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the VQ8 platform — including its website, games, sports betting section, live casino, promotions and VIP programme — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the VQ8 platform.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and VQ8. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the VQ8 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of VQ8.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a VQ8 account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. VQ8 is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not permit minors to register, play or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, businesses and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
• You must be registering voluntarily and of your own free will, without coercion or misrepresentation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a VQ8 employee or affiliated partner where a conflict of interest could arise.
• You must not have previously had a VQ8 account permanently closed for rule violations.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active VQ8 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid email address and a Pakistani mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify VQ8 of any changes promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. VQ8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact VQ8 support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including VQ8 support staff. VQ8 will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security measures made available in your account settings.

4 Deposits & Payments

VQ8 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers and payouts are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion step at any point in the payment process.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits into your VQ8 account:

• JazzCash — Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet, available to all Jazz subscribers.
• Easypaisa — Telenor's mobile financial service, accessible via app or agent network.
• Raast — State Bank of Pakistan's instant interbank payment infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer — Direct transfer from any Pakistani bank account.
• Cards & Mobile Wallets — Debit and credit cards where supported by your issuing bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. VQ8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for unusually large or frequent deposits as part of its security and anti-fraud procedures.

Deposits are credited to your VQ8 balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the respective payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed with a valid Pakistani CNIC on file).
• Any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be completed before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in line with same-method withdrawal policies.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. VIP members from Gold tier upward receive priority withdrawal queue placement, which reduces wait times during high-volume periods.

VQ8 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests of large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is done to protect the account holder and will not unreasonably delay legitimate withdrawals.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

VQ8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slot games, sports betting cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL season and international cricket series.

All bonuses at VQ8 are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page when the offer is active.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only the real-money balance converted from bonus play is withdrawable once wagering is complete.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly permit stacking.
• VQ8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including during an active promotional period, where fraud or abuse is suspected or where a technical error has caused an incorrect bonus to be issued.
• Players who are self-excluded or who have set deposit limits that prevent normal bonus wagering may find certain promotions unavailable to their account.

7 Games & Sports Betting

VQ8 provides access to live casino games, slot games, table games, crash games and sports betting markets. Cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is the primary focus of the sports section, with football and esports also available.

By placing a bet or playing any game on VQ8, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures where applicable. VQ8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting markets, odds and available bet types are subject to change at any time, including after a bet has been placed where a result is void or the event is cancelled.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or postponed will be handled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant sport as displayed in the Sports section at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet placement, VQ8 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market before you place your bet.
• VQ8 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict market access for individual accounts where patterns of play suggest advantage gaming or abuse of the platform.

8 VIP Programme

The VQ8 VIP programme rewards active players with tiered benefits including cashback, faster withdrawal processing and exclusive promotional access. Tiers run from Bronze through Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

• VIP points are earned automatically through real-money gameplay across all sections of VQ8. The points-per-PKR-wagered rate may differ between game types as specified in the VIP programme documentation.
• VIP tier upgrades and downgrades are assessed periodically based on your accumulated points within the relevant evaluation window. Details of evaluation periods are available on the VIP page.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, gifted or assigned to another player.
• VQ8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme or any of its tiers and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
• Points earned through bonus wagering rather than real-money play may not count toward tier progress at the full rate. This is specified in the VIP terms on the VIP page.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at VQ8. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using any account other than your own.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets or manipulate platform systems.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable error must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in live casino games or any other multiplayer context.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system through coordinated wagering, reverse bonus abuse or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other technical means to circumvent geo-restrictions or platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or corrupt practices in connection with sports betting markets on VQ8.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

VQ8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, balances may be forfeited without notice.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting VQ8 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being met.

If an account is closed due to a self-exclusion request made through the responsible gaming tools, VQ8 will honour the exclusion period and not permit re-registration during that time.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the VQ8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game graphics, text, promotional materials, software and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of VQ8 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any VQ8 content without prior written consent.

Game content and software provided by third-party game studios on the VQ8 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. Your use of games on VQ8 is governed both by these Terms and by the game providers' own end-user licence conditions.

12 Limitation of Liability

VQ8 is provided on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain a stable and reliable platform, VQ8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Planned or unplanned platform maintenance, outages or technical failures.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa and banking networks.
• Events outside VQ8's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions on the player's side.
• Decisions made by the player in the course of normal gameplay or sports betting.

To the maximum extent permitted, VQ8's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's verified account at the time the claim arises. VQ8 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

13 Privacy & Data

VQ8 collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments and comply with applicable security requirements. The types of data collected, how it is stored and your rights in relation to it are described in full in the Privacy Policy.

By registering a VQ8 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners and security monitoring services strictly as necessary to operate the platform.

14 Responsible Gaming

VQ8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player community. Gaming should be entertainment — an activity you enjoy within your means, not a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

• Set a PKR budget before you start playing and stop when that budget is reached, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
• Use the deposit limits, session time alerts and self-exclusion tools available in your VQ8 account dashboard to help manage your play.
• Never chase losses. A losing streak is a normal part of gaming and increasing your bets to recover losses typically results in larger losses.
• Take regular breaks and do not play for extended periods without stepping away from the screen.

15 Changes to These Terms

VQ8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, VQ8 will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are significant, VQ8 may also notify active players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the VQ8 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
